I. The stage
Before property, there was performance.
Rahul Agiwal and Bhumika Chauhan began in entertainment, as part of Shiamak Davar's company, and worked on international productions including projects with Franco Dragone, Bollywood films and Mission: Impossible.
They travelled the world with it, and learnt what every performer learns: the standard is the work, and applause is earned, never asked for.
In 2018 they brought that discipline to Dubai as franchise owners of Shiamak Davar's Institute for Performing Arts.
II. Conviction
After the pandemic, they noticed something in their own portfolio: the property they had chosen with care was growing.
From 2021 they began investing and advising others, quietly, as independent advisors. They tried different approaches and kept only what worked.
III. Ovation
In 2024 that practice became a company, and the company took a name from the stage: Ovation.
Twelve years in Dubai, and in Dubai real estate since 2021. More than 50 investors, more than 70 units, over AED 125M transacted.
It is still personal. Every client works directly with Rahul and Bhumika, whether they arrive through a channel partner or our team.

Bhumika Chauhan

Bhumika shares the same stage-trained discipline, and an eye for a place before it is obvious. She recognised Dubai Maritime City early, when the island held a single development and little else. She studied the government's plans for it, committed to it, and brought investors in at the beginning. Early conviction is now her signature: on the water, light, orientation and timing decide everything.
